More delightful and dangerously yummy cookies from the kitchens of
KashmirDreams and LOL these come with a warning!!!
(I KID I KID!)
Seriously though, they are EXTREMELY RICH! I can barely eat 1!
What you need:
-Devils Food Cake Mix
-1/2 cup of oil
-2 eggs
-Chocolate Chips (Semi sweet or milk chocolate)
(for optional icing... which makes it WAY better)
-1/3 cup of canned crisco
-2 TBS of water
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 cups of powdered sugar
1. IGNORE ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX OF CAKE MIX.
2. Pre heat oven to 350º F.
3. Combine eggs, oil, cake mix, and half the package of chocolate chips. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
4. Put onto a greased cookie pan in about 1 1/2 inch circles (an icecream scoop helps) several inches apart.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes, depending on size of cookies.
6. Wait until cool and top with icing, or, make a cookie sammich (which is what I like to do) or just eat plain :3
If the cookies are still gooey, bake about 5 more minutes. They will not be solid when they first come out of the oven... let them cool first! Then check them!
For Icing:
1. Mix crisco, water, and vanilla extract together. LITERALLY use a mixer... Mix until all water is absorbed.
2. Slowly add powdered sugar until all is added.
TA DA! ICING! :3 If you want double the icing, double the ingredients!
