Another Regional Variant of an underrated Pokémon from Johto -- it's the Delivery Pokémon, Delibird!

-- Although I describe it as a Regional Variant, it's more of a Regional Evolution. Y'know, the likes of Kleavor, Claudsire, among others? This ICE / FIGHTING type branched-off evolution should be a reasonable upgrade to what is considered one of the worst Johto monsters out there. I played with the idea of its signature held bag, and since it's based on Santa Claus, I got the opportunity to make the bag way bigger, as if it's straight-up STUFFED with presents! And as it turns out, it actually is! Delibird's Signature Move happens to be Present, but it is such a rediculously gimmicky gamble (it even has the chance of outright HEALING the foe, which is obviously the LAST thing you'd want to happen), that it is basically a waste of a move slot. The Fighting type I added simply to buff this underrated Christmas penguïn the slightest bit -- at least by doing this it'd not be weak to Steel and 4x weak to Rock type attacks anymore, which are currently its biggest problems. Yeah sure, we got Iron Bundle in Scarlet & Violet, but all of the Future Forme Pokémon are literally just robots. So I wanted to go the more natural route and make it a believable, slightly more serious Pokémon to face.
