thanks muscle fever for not allowing me to post during Mermay (AGAIN) this year. The aches are AWFUL. I could barely draw.

I wanted to get this piece done before the live action Little Mermaid came out, but I was in too much pain. This was a very challenging piece for me. I decided to choose a difficult pose, first of all, and then Ariel's costume in this movie is pretty detailed. I also had to replicate Halle Bailey's facial features into a cartoonized form. But I did enjoy the end results! I Have other mermay things to upload that I haven't done yet. I need to see the new movie, I heard that Halle is good in it.
