Personality: Loyal to his creator, but can be a bit... dumb at times thanks to a glitch in his programming (or because he's like a child). Despite his loyalty, A.R.C. occasionally snarks at his creator's expense (especially when Noa comes up with a plan that makes NO SENSE, WHATSOEVER), but he always follows any orders Noa gives him.

Bio: When Noa was exploring an abandoned Eggman Base, they came across a prototype design for an assistant type robot. Noa thought that they could use an assistant themself and decided to finish the robot. They even developed an A.I. chip based on some old Eggman robots because they wanted someone to talk to. Eventually, Noa finished their small project and dubbed him "Assistant Robot Companion" (or A.R.C., for short). From now on, A.R.C. would be by Noa's side, helping them in any minor task that Noa is too busy to finish, although sometimes, A.R.C. would get tired on their creator's eccentricity. Noa also had plans to have A.R.C. serve as a template for other robot assistants to serve them and help A.R.C. with tasks (but those duplicates are not as advanced (or "intelligent") as the original).
