Tyler being part lizard (but mostly human) got me thinking about what places he would and wouldn't have hair. Somehow it feels right that it's the underside of his body that's completely smooth, and that extends from the snout all the way to the back of the tail.

The logical conclusion is that he has normal human ears, but I think he hides them behind his hair, because he wants to look a little more ambiguous and hide any clear species identifiers.
