Did some tweaking and revisions to the original character concept. Was kinda influenced by Robbie Sinclair from that old Dinosaurs TV show for the headfrill. Lemme know what you think :)

I think you should adjust the head a little before you 'finalize' the project.

Maybe add lips, silly as it sounds.

Impressive. Is this actually rigged or anything yet? If not you might have trouble with the fin on the tail if you're planning on animating him.

Rigging's on the list as well as UV mapping. Gonna be careful with the tail, though it's not going to feature too strongly in the finished animation.
