[Pokemon OC] Vulmi Spring Heatwave
"I have been unleashed from my icy prison, put me back please"
I actually recently finished quite a few games the past couple weeks but unfortunately a combination of things have prevented me from doing proper art for some time.
The air conditioning in my house isn't the best, so art output was difficult for a good while. Things have improved since and regularly scheduled art dumps will continue again.
