Shane Devlo is an infamous B.W.s that has the reputation of being one of the deadliest. Going by the street moniker Skull Fang, he leaves trail a destruction and broken bones where ever he goes. Because of this, people like to call him the “Street Devil”, and tend to stay clear of him whenever he is around. However, before he became a B.W., Shane was in private school. His behavior their was so bad, that he got expelled. He later moved to Lost Angels with his father and attended ZHS. Skull Fang has a rough, neurotic young man with a love for violence and chaos. He is also quite morbid, grinning or even laughing at the site of pain.
