Red is the first successful clone of the Black Chimera; a genetically engineered bioweapon created by an unknown alien origin. It is currently contained in a hidden government laboratory and being studied for further research, since the last one was killed and nearly impossible to get any data from, even when alive.

Red’s name was given to it for its genetic mutations during the cloning process, which gave it its reddish fur/feathers. It also has yellow tinted eyes unlike the Black Chimera, which has glowing white eyes. Red is also smaller; reaching up to 9 feet while Black Chimera was 11 feet in height.

Despite them being the same creature, Red is a lot less hostile towards humans than its original predecessor. The Black Chimera had an extremely deadly and violent nature while Red is more used to humans. Which makes sense, considering it was born and raised by humans. Scientists also discovered that it can learn human speech and complex languages at an incredibly fast rate; faster than any living human on Earth.
