Charlotte Lolth Bloodfang is a character in Cat of Action. She is one of the adopted children of Dracu Bloodfang, as well as the brains of the sibling's operations. According to Dracu, Charlotte came from a family of killers who would uses their intellect to cause and get away with homicides. However, her biological father was arrested by Interpol and sentenced to death. Before his execution, he told Dracu to raise Charlotte as his own child. Now Charlotte formulates plans for her siblings crimes and antics. Out of the siblings, Charlotte is the most intelligent. She is smart enough to know when a plan is going to fail and will back out immediately. Charlotte is also quite empathic, willing to share her feelings with her siblings and other people. Like her siblings, she has a love for anything Gothic, as she has a collection of horror stories in her room.
