When I decided to design TWR2 Charlie, I figured I'd draw Billy because "Why not? They are the same basis after all." They are both Manning Wardle L class tank engines, but both have some differences in their designs (asides from the obvious Billy has less detail than Charlie), something I really noticed when making TWR2 Billy.

I tweaked parts of Charlie to make Billy (most notably removing the details and lamp, as well as extending his front box things), his lining was a bit tricky to do, but much easier than Charlie's was.

I'm happy with how Billy turned out. even though he's not been part of the series in 15 years, and I highly doubt he'd be in this new range (or in the series again for that matter), I had fun designing him here.
