It looks like Cutthroat got his snout stuck in a pipe, probably by chasing a bird or something. It turned out it was not just any regular pipe, but one of those power plant pipes that blows smoke out of it, so you can already expect what happens when a load of smoke rushes into a trapped coyote's mouth. I guess you can say he's a.....smoked dope.
