A young Nastazya, excitedly looking up to her older self. "I'm gonna get that big and strong?!"

"Ha. Yes, so long as you keep training. And keep your friends close." The grown Ragewelder responds cheerily. "No one gets this strong all alone."

"You mean like my warband?" The kit asks curiously.

The adult holds silent for a short moment. "...Yes. Your warband." A sigh escapes her. "You cherish them, alright? Don't rush ahead without them."

"Yeah! Keep them close!"

"Mhm. Keep in mind, there'll be harsh times you have to push through. They'll weigh you down, but you're strong enough to get through them." Ragewelder ruffles the messy hair of her younger self, a small smile on her muzzle. "After all, you're me."

The kit nods cheerfully, a toothy grin on her face. "I can take on anything!"

"There's a good cub." The older Nastazya says, with one last thought in her head. The sight of her younger self being familiar in a different way.
