Ryuko's friend Mako told her about her experience about the black magic spell. Because she knows Ryuko hates this stuff she told her that gives you incredible powers. Ryuko trusted her and Mako teach her how to commit it. Of course she has to remove her shoes. After she does the dance Mako tells her to blow her thumb. It was weird for Ryuko and asked her if this is a fetish thing. But Mako tells her no us just the way to release the power. Anyway Ryuko blows her thumb and she realised her friend just pranked her. Only and only because she always wanted to tickle her feet as a giant balloon Ryuko.
