Not feeling so well, peasant? Aw, let me have a look. I have just the fix!
Alice props her ornate staff against the alley wall, a friendly looking rat guarding her cane as she reaches into her pouch. Her long hair falls forward as she looks down, making a black curtain that almost blocks her bird mask. Through those thick eyepieces, Alice looks back up at the peasant, holding out a handful of emerald gemstones.
Eat a couple of these and you'll feel right as rain. Probably! If not, I want those emeralds back, I found them in my last patient's shoe when he died.
(Plague doctors were not doctors and the eating emeralds was a real thing, among many other ineffective plague "cures")
I have Riley and Cowboy Riley, now I have Alice and Plague Doctor Alice, so expect to see more of this "medical" "professional"
