Another fun Regional Forme Pokémon! It's the Transport Pokémon from Gen 1 -- it's Lapras!

Ooh! Now this is a variant that should have made it into Pokemon: sun & Moon. The thought of this 'Volcanic Island' Pokemon gently moving about the islands is believable and gives a more tropical feel to its more polar-focused [ICE / WATER] type.
You certainly would have to be a very trusted trainer to ride about on this LAPRAS. otherwise you may find your seat upon its back one that will force you to abandon transport and hope you can find your way back to land.

Another fun thought is, given how some creatures like to 'sun' themselves, would be this LAPRAS helping cold-blooded Pokemon remain comfy-cozy during cold nights by making its shell serve as a heating stone. Migrating birds could also find this possibility of warmth during a migration helpful, too! :)
