, who works SUPER QUICK. I've got an idea to commission them again, regarding tweaking Roxanne's design.
Anyway, the idea behind this piece is to portray Victoria during her mid 20s, which in my canon would've been the late 90s. Victoria originally had her sights set on a scholarly life, but when her parents lost their wealth after allying with the oligarchy during the civil war, she had to join a local street gang to keep afloat.
With her knowledge, adaptability, and wit, she helped reorganise it into a full-blown crime syndicate.
