More necessary words of reassurance. Loona doesn't want to be treated like she's completely helpless, so Blitzo just has to help her in ways that actually matter.

Blitzo just sticks the adhesive tapes back in, and will keep doing it no matter how many times Loona accidentally rubs them off. He sometimes wishes Loona would put some effort to keeping the tapes back on, but he'll still be there to stick them back in regardless. It's not just about the tapes.
