There are just some meals that a family treasures and this would be an example of one of them. Full of flavour and an ejoyment to share with friends and family from the kitchens of

I'm sure this is probably not a secret recipe xD but its another clan favorite so I thought Id share it, also this is the only way Ill eat nachos :p
Right then You will need:
AT LEAST a pound of ground beef, I usually use 1.5lb
2 bags of shredded taco blend cheese
taco seasoning (one pouch)
1-2 bags Tortilla chips, I use the medium round flat ones
Instructions: (preheat oven around 400ºF)
1. Crumble and brown the meat, then add the seasoning.
2. Get a large baking sheet and make layers. Chips, meat, cheese, chips, meat, cheese. I usually only do two layers of chips
3. Shove the whole thing in the oven for about 5 minutes, this is just to melt the cheese and bake the chips a little, So its really more of an eye thing, take it out when it looks good.
4. Eat and enjoy.
I've also added a single layer of bean paste in the middle occasionally (but its kinda a pain in the ass) if you do that, put it on top of the first layer of chips before you add the meat and cheese.
Sour cream and salsa are also nice on the side :) actually this is incredibly easy to experiment with by adding anything you like with your tacos even.
