Due to work nearly almost every weekend now, I manage to squeeze a few runs in but not as much as I'd like to. It's my passion when my joints are feeling good for it. But it's been a really long time since I hit the trails on my bike and I can tell it works a totally different set of muscles. After a while my adrenaline and views got me feeling great and now I await the soreness to kick in the next 48 hours lol hope not but I'm already sore from the bike saddle lol.
