Secretive Shadow(Phantom of the Sands)
Name: Hans Sanderson
Alias: Phantom of the Sands, Phantom for short.
Gender: Male
Orientation: Either bisexual or homosexual
Species: Anubian Jackal type Sha(Set animal)
Height: 6'0"
Age: Presumably 35, though hinted he is much older.
Voice: Think Sander from Dislyte, for obvious reasons.
Abilities: He primarily deals in sand and earth control-centric powers, being able to conjure, control, and alter both at will. He also seems to possess the ability to vanish into shadow, melding with it and surfacing elsewhere, making him quite tricky to hit in normal circumstances. He is also very talented at espionage and information gathering and has a draining touch he can turn on to sap the fight out of his targets. And last but not least, he has developed a method of hypnotizing people using his sand.
Weaknesses: No known weaknesses to date, save for being forced into an area with no shadows.
Personality: Hans, as his title implies, is a secretive individual who only shares vital parts about himself with those he trusts, such as Nikandros or Martin. But it is uncommon knowledge that he enjoys punishing hubris, especially that of heroes, for taking actions he deems as vain, overly prideful, or purely stubborn.
Background: The origins of Hans Sanderson don't exist. The name is not in any records. He's been at Nikandros's side well before the Stonedge Mafia was formed, starting off as a bit of a therapist/confidant for Nikandros before offering his services in a much more direct manner. At the time, Nikandros didn't know how to accept the offer, but after forming the mafia, Hans didn't think twice about joining it as the first and largely unknown Pillar.
Even so, he acts as a voice in the criminal, supernatural, and supervillain communities of Coast City for his boss. Silent as a shadow, sudden as a sandstorm, and twice as deadly. He has no qualms about knocking people off the board who refuse to listen or prove to be a rising threat to the Stonedge Mafia. Over the course of this, he has met and befriended both Martin and the individual called the Night Groper, forming a sort of rivalry with the latter as well.
