Indeed, a perfect observation! In the world I got going here, there's ethnicity on top of the fantasy races. Among Orcs ,there's three main ethnicities.
• Highland Orcs: The largest Orcs, "Warcraft-style". The ones who aren't a part of any Nordic town or province tend to be nomadic and live in small groups, and class-wise they trend towards barbarians, fighters and hunters because of their sheer strength and size, and they lean conservative and traditional due to their environment rarely changing, and their subsistence-based needs not requiring any substantial improvements.
• Midland Orcs: The middle-of-the-road Orcs, "Elder Scrolls-style". They're residents of a fantasy country, with larger groups of orcs, or among the non-Orc population of other towns and cities. They tend to value moderate education due to it being more available, but can still embrace their natural strength. They don't trend towards any job, class or career in particular, because within larger societies, there's more opportunities to discover their interests and pursue all kinds of various skills.
• Lowland Orcs: The most Unique Orc in my World, appealing directly to my love of pure muscle, and I'm not ashamed to admit it xD . Lowland Orcs are tribalistic jungle-dwellers, whose interconnected societies are highly social but almost exclusively Orcish. They don't mind non-Orc visitors, but to become part of the Tribe requires exceptional skill and contribution. Their diet and living environment is practically proof of intelligent design, as all the food is nutrient-rich, and their homes can best be described as "literal jungle gyms", where every day is an athletics, acrobatics, or aerobic workout due to the tall trees, vines, trails and rivers throughout the southern Jungles.
With all that said, Page 10 shows this Orcish trinity pretty well! Brokul is a Lowlands Orc, Prince Ragnar is a Midlands Half-Orc, and his bodyguard Mokk is a Highland Orc.
