A week ago my baby Lily passed away to heart failure. It was so sudden and we only had an afternoon to say goodbye to her when we found out. She was a senior dog that we rescued from a shelter only three years ago. I'll miss her every day.

Oh my gosh, Ceru, I'm so sorry. I've had a bad story of a new kitten dying during a neutering operation due to being allergic to anesthesia and the vet neglected to check before hand.

I feel for your loss.
