The Great Malik Rawge, standing with a sword. A very unique 1-of-a-kind Scimitar with a Feathered Shaped Blade.
It looks pretty big, but it is quite light. Respected, and later on...Feared.

Ok I had it right the 1st time.
So, "Fairly" would be up to your perspective. In this Verse he doesn't "HATE" humans, so he wouldn't treat them Poorly. But he would expect them to keep up with himself and the others. He would basically hold them to the same standards as the Ox Man, or even a Cheetah Solider. You make yourself useful. If you are useless, you are DONE ....what this means is to his Digression at the time.
He isn't easy to impress, And your Loyalty is Expected. Otherwise...
But he is mildly Lenient to, and may smile at those who Display their Usefulness, usually by their Killcount, or in other-ways with types of skills that benefit the Army, or Himself. Like J'Sol: a Flamboyant Camel character who became his Advisor and Strategist....despite many qualities he doesnt like, the Camel made himself useful to Malik.
A Human would be held to the same standard, and given the same opportunity as the Beastmen.
They all march in the hot blistering sun, and in the Cold Nights.
His treatment of Humans is probly still a little unfair as Humans and Beastment Physically are very different.
I hope I didnt over-explain or miss the mark on the question XD.
