Hee-Ho, Howdy everyone, it's been a good while since I've been on social media proper... Surgery pains and a few other things popped up in my life and I didn't want to come back until I was healthier. You'd think it would've gone away by now, but unfortunately not. Although that's enough on my real-life problems and issues- I've finally gotten a lot better! Just thought I would update everyone on the current state of affairs before I got back into things...

Anywho! The Fallen Paladin, even if they're classified simply as "Paladins" to the cult of the falling dragon. These are not like the mindless soulless husks that you can read up upon: Cult of the Falling Dragon: Soulless

The Fallen Paladins are fully aware of who and what they are and have sworn an oath their leader. To be the ones that will be his specialized assault group, protectors, and defenders of their faith. That if any information was to get out of their true intentions, the Paladins will show up to bring an entire village to the torch and possibly even empires to their knees. That these Knights are revered throughout the land for besieging many important castles and cities and even ushering in an incredibly dark age where the cult of the falling dragon completely dominated the continent. Only when The Warriors of the Pillars started to engage them in combat did they start winning any form of ground. However, their influence is still heavily soaked into the land as they continue to ravage the landscape.

Paladins will usually come in groups of small squads made up 12 or 16 units. They can also form entire legions of up to 600-800 while being supported by thousands of basic infantry. They are the super-soldier of the Cult of the Falling Dragon and as Thomza said it, equipped with extremely dangerous magic that enhances their swordplay. Their very creation are Scalebolds who have been transformed with Scriptwrighting and heavy Draconic magic. Usually taking power from Draconic Souls that have been absorbed and infused into their very body to do their leader's bidding. There will be more updates on this of course as things go along, but this should be a good basis for who and what they are.
