Ahhhhh sorry I’m a bit late to comment on this, I’ve been really busy as of lately and haven’t had as much energy… But I still wanted to say that this came out absolutely amazingly!! The amount of detail that you put into these is just incredible, from the look of the fur and the mane to the metallic sheen of the metal belts and the smoothness of the monster hide that makes up his armor! And as always, your rendering work and the shading, highlighting, and texturing is just fantastic and so satisfying to look at, the little added bits of colors on Gault’s figure that match with the yellow and purple of the flowers around him is a really nice added touch, and I especially love the look of those long, spindly claws as they clutch the stems of the columbines in his hand! It’s honestly hard to not admire them! And god, the background is just so beautiful… I love the contrast of all the tansies in the back and the thyme flowers in the foreground, and the look of the clouds and the blueish-purple sky really just ties everything all together so gorgeously! It really gives the feeling of him walking through a great garden somewhere, a moment of peace among the brightly colored blooms even as the warrior’s face remains stern and stalwart. I wonder what it feels like to be walking in a place like this, how the air smells with the fragrance of all the flowers around him, how cool the breeze is as it gusts by gently… Magnificently done all around on this, as always~ 🥰🥰
