Since today's "World Rat Day", I wanted to do a rat I haven't drawn in a while, Professor Ratigan (from The Great Mouse Detective). Really glad I got the chance to draw him, after all, we are talking about the world's greatest criminal mind after all, not to mention he's voiced by Vincent Price which is a plus in my book.
