Chapter 11 - Fall of the Superbunny

Here's the Big One. This was a heck of a chapter to write, and has been one of the things that I've been building towards since I started this story. My apologies if it's a bit graphic, but this isn't the kind of thing Flopsy is going to take lightly or gloss over.
Flopsy has fought, she's seen people die, she's battled fierce creatures, she's taken injuries... But she's never Killed a Human before. It's never been considered an option, but here, she didn't have any other.
And she's also got a few other existential crises to deal with now, like how she used magic, or the feeling of emptiness that comes with revenge. After all, killing Malik doesn't bring Master back. There's just... nothing left now.
But what will she do now?

I have to admit, this isn't the kind of death where I would put the classic tacky death song as the funeral music. At the cost it came with, it just doesn't feel right.
Still, you should have heard how loud I yelled "OH, SHIT!" when she used magic, complete with an "OH, SHIT!" aftershock. They heard it all the way in Rowlett. (I still can't believe they named a Pokemon after a town in East Texas that has a smaller county named after it.)

If you thought you were surprised, how do you think Flopsy felt? ^_~ If she wasn't already in a life-or-death fight with the man that murdered her Master, opened fire on her with a shotgun in the mall, kidnapped her boss and fought her in a warehouse, and was currently trying to murder her first and best friend, she'd probably have freaked out a lot more on the spot instead of after the fact.
That moment also had a hint of something Flopsy and Ben need to sort through. If Flopsy's "Weird Knowledge" isn't the "general baseline of knowledge", then where did it come from and how? ^_^
