wisconsin gets a lot of snow. last time i was up there was in december of 2001,2 months after 9/11. >_> such a sad day.

That was 2001, we get drifts higher than some houses here some years. Most of the time it's just half way though.

Lol. I remember the blizzard of 1996... School was closed for about a week.

I remember last year I couldn't get out my door. Not only was it frozen shut, the snow was drifted. This year we've had quite a couple of blizzards, but we've had a lot of chinooks too (gets really warm... like spring) so not much snow.... yet.

Winnipeg, now THERE'S a city that's cold and with a lot, and I mean A LOT, of snow. I remember living just an hour outside of Winnipeg and tunneling out of my house because the drift were always higher than my house. (This is when I was 5-6 btw)
