1-й отчим моего деда Александра (его настоящий отец, дед Анатолий, покинул семью в 50-х). Военный офицер, во время 2-й Мировой служил в Москве (полковник). За выдающиеся заслуги награждён орденом "Отечественная Война (Красная Звезда)" - одною из высших военных наград СССР - выше только "Золотая Звезда Героя СССР". После войны остался на службе, попутно заняв пост градоначальника города Узловая, что под Москвою. К старости имел много проблем со здоровьем: много курил, из-за диабета стал толстым. Ушёл из жизни в 1977-м году.

The 1st stepfather of my grandfather Alexander (his real father, grandfather Anatoly, left the family in the 50s). Military officer, during the 2nd World War he served in Moscow (colonel). For outstanding services, he was awarded the "Order of the Patriotic War (Red Star)" - one of the highest military awards of the USSR - only the "Golden Star of the Hero of the USSR" is higher. After the war, he remained in the service, simultaneously taking the post of mayor of the city of Uzlovaya, near Moscow. By old age, he had many health problems: he smoked a lot, because of diabetes he became fat. Passed away in 1977.
