Yelleena is now having a Garfield moment.
There isn't much left but it sure looked like it was enjoyed. A delicious favourite of many from the kitchens of
artfan
My first time eating this dish alone in a while, yet it's pretty good.
What you need:
A box of lasagne
A pound of ground beef, turkey, or meat substitute
A jar of tomato sauce, paste, or homemade sauce
a bag of shredded or whole mozzarella, or ricotta cheese
How to fix it
Boil the strands of lasagne in any size pot, until it's firm.
Cook your fillings in a sauce pan, medium heat, until brown.
Next, get a casserole dish, or a pot roast pan, add the firm strips to start a set of layers.
Add your fillings, sauce on top of the strips, then start the next layer with the same thing, have the next strip overlap the bottom strip. and so on after that. (Don't forget to add the cheese!)
When that's done, bake the lasagne in the oven for about 350 degrees to 400 degrees, depends on how you make it.
Let it cool and serve.
Serves 1 to 4 people (and Furs alike!)
