After freeing Yara from President Anton Castillo, Dani, the soldier turned leader of Libertad, watched in horror as the lion shot his own son and killed himself to escape from the retribution of the rebel's. Dani begged her supporter's and they managed to save Diego. Most agreed and believed the boy shouldn't be held accountable for what his father did and not let history repeat itself, other's wanted him to pay, right there and then.

After saving the boy and hiding him, Dani helped with what loyalists remained of the fallen dictator and once it was done, asked for paper's, money, and a boat to get her and Diego away from Yara. Many didn't want her to go cause she was their friend and could help keep the boy safe, but knew it had to be this way. A normal life for the both of them.

Now living in Miami as older sister and little (adopted) brother, they both now have a happier life with only a select few knowing who they were. Though, both are restless. It's hard to get out of the way's of war when you were both neck deep in it. But it's America, there's option's for some....legal ballistic fun. Luckily, there's old connection's to call on."
