When this joke was formed in my head, it started with "You couldn't muster enough subtlety to play an earthquake!" When it became a comic, I had to actually think up dialogue that would lead to that line.
Halfway through drawing, I realized that the dialogue would have felt more natural if I framed it as an online comment thread. And just now I had the idea that it could have been two movie buffs talking about the actor instead. Man, I'm gonna have to redo this strip or something. The only reason it isn't stricken off the internet is that I like the art in this one
