Mona's Rat pamps are a common sight around Champion Palace, or his shipping company of Rat Pack in Port Village. Bigest marking them is the meow pamps they all wear. As he mean for Mona 3rd to hide as one or a few pamps easy, weather it a way to sneak out or some of Rats removed him from pamp factory he went to explore. Or hidee among them in his Rattata form with his pamp armor. Horde of Rats are split into two squads called Kanto Squad and Alola Squad. Each lead by special rat pamp that was form by fusion of Mona's genetic and pamp armor's gel to create an egg lay in raticate form of Mona 3rd and pamp armor. Kantoain Rattata and Alolain Rattat would hatch from that egg and he name Kanto rat Larry Daisy and Alola Rat Racso Daisy.

Kanto Squad: Jimmy a quite rat and offend spend most his paycheck on Pokemon TCG card, treasure of his collection is his 3 ultra rare Mercury cards.
Katie is a very upbeat and joyful rat that is quite proud she earn a spot on maid staff of the palace, and love her pink maid outfit.

Alola Squad: Tom go around as a wandering merchent and sell items he "find" for a "fair" price, it is good luck to run into him in a mystery dungeon.
Franky love to build traps but the problem is he just leave them randomly around in mystery dungeons or Mercury's room or Crescent's den.
