Description: So there's a fun story behind this one that's worthy of being retold. This was when Zhivago did more fursuiting as her cute Catbird creature as well; its a shame she doesn't bring it out more often now.
Anyway...
The configuration of the Grand Sierra Resort for Biggest Little Fur Con is such that where the main gathering room was is at the top of escalators leading down to the spa level and down there is a movie theater.
I'm sitting at one of the tables not really drawing much of anything, since the previous art page was just me doing idle doodles, and the whole room smelled of popcorn wafting up from the movie theater downstairs.
In rushes Zhivago as the cute Catbird she is going "Popcorn! Popcorn! I smell popcorn! Where's the popcorn!?" Disappointed, we had to tell her that there was none, and she left in dismay.
As short of an interaction as that was, it was when I discovered that Zhivago really does like popcorn and so then what flowed out of my pencils was this cute idea showing Zhivago diving headlong into a gigantic bowl of popcorn as a gift art for her.
It was shared with her in the Dealers Room the following day when it opened and she loved it as she wasn't expecting to get any gift art like that. Enjoy it Zhivago!
