you're talking to a fur who, with 3 big friends of mine about 8 years ago, actually got ASKED to leave an All You Can Eat buffet ( a furs) after staying there for over 5 hours and going through about 12 plates apiece.. ( it was actually kinda hilarious.. none of us had had breakfast, as we were saving our appetites.. we got there just as lunch was half over, got involved in a little impromptu skull dungeon ( someone had a backpack with paper, pencils and dice handy) and we ended up staying and eating fairly slowly and basically enjoying a LONG lunch and a *good* dinner..

I think we really put a dent in the amount of food they expected 4 bodies to eat as opposed to what we really put away..*winks*

Then they should not have put up the sign... I know a man who won a court case against a Chinese place... an that was the Judges decree "Maybe you shouldn't have said 'All you can eat' if you did not mean it."

Not the first time it happened! Remember Homer Simpson and the all-you-can-eat shrimp!

Eh that's not as bad 20 furs meeting at IHOP and eating off the all you can eat menu and then 6 hours latter being asked to leave and never come back. We left the the waitress a really nice tip cause she liked having us there. The manger tho was a complete and total Jack Ass.

Yeah I hate it when they don't keep their word. My brother got the "All you can eat" pancakes at Denny's. After his 8th plate, they stopped serving him anything you could classify as "food". They gave him one final plate with a burned pancake as a "goodbye, stop eating all our food" thing :C.

You be here four hour! You eat all our food! You go! Go home now!

I have never been kicked out of one of those places. I usually leave when i feel as if i can wobble back to the car

Reminds me of a time waaaaay back when I was in my twenties. There were 7 of us I think, 4 guys, 3 girls. (I was the lone guy, it's how this cat rolls). Pizza Hut at that time had All You Can Eat Wednesdays and we showed up a little later in the night, after a movie I think. We bought and started eating, and eating and eating. I think before long we eventually had each consumed one full pie and were not stopping. We basically drew straws for it and Dan, my friend won. The server comes back with more pizza and Dan looks at him and asked

"What time do you close?"

And the man's brain shut off.

"Um...um...um...I...ah..um 11?"

We were finally filled by 10:30.
