(1993) 11" x 14" marker ink on paper (8.5" x 11" photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy.) One of the last sketches out of my stolen sketchbook as it appeared in Huzzah No. 11, my copy of which was also stolen (it was eventually replaced with an entirely photocopied facsimile, the source for this scan.)
Somewhat hastily and sloppily inked, and obviously inspired by the 1968 film Ice Station Zebra. I like this one for the small details in their parkas: the name tag "Zebrowski" and the African continent silhouettes stitched to their shoulders.
