This is Toca! A spunky and energetic little Chikorita who has a thing to prove. Chikorita get a bad wrap as a whole, being notoriously the worst starter stat-wise, being stuck in a generation where the first two gyms have flying and bug type Pokemon. Its rough being at the bottom...but no more!
With a will to fight and the determination to contest any battle that comes her way, Toca sports a tiara with an everstone fastined firmly in the front. Being the crown upon the bean's head, she wears it with pride and uses it as her symbol. Despite the weakness she bares, Toca will stop at nothing to overcome adversity and fight until she wins every battle she stands before.
