An abstract sculpture for Art I. This is probably one of the coolest projects I've ever done, as far as materials.
To start, we bent a wire clothes hangar to our liking, then drilled holes in a block of wood for the hangar to be secured into. After gluing the hangar into the hole, we stretched the foot portion of some pantyhose over the top. Paint was applied over the top and bam!, and abstract sculpture.
Someone poked a hole in it, so I took paper towels and glued them over the hole and then painted over them, so it looks unbroken now.
