Long story short, I felt that Ruby needed an updated design. Something more semi-fancy while still retaining similarities to her previous look. Her dress is a little more poofy, socks are now thigh-high stockings, and her shoes are more pink-ish than orange, have a pattern/design on them (as opposed to being plain), and have something of a "high heel" look, like with Amy Rose's boots or Vanilla's shoes.

...But other than all that, she's still the same accident-prone, lovestruck-for-Kilo, and overall cute little Ruby we all know XD

Any thoughts and/or criticism/suggestions would be greatly appreciated :D
