Him having two sleeves but chest exposed just has an interesting effect I feel x3 somehow puts emphasis on the bare body and all that, hard to explain. Would prolly feel less gay with just a single sleeve, hmm. Buuut it can ofcourse depend on the setup and scenario and all that
