here's my second Mod. I explained the mod process i use in another picture. This Was originally The Capitol Motors ZX-3 Nightblade. its a fast well handling car. I added the Bar light, which is Yellow White and Blue, the way the FDC commissions it. No other service uses those light colors. unfortunately i caught this in the sequence after the blues show. With is new light bar and paint job it has been Renamed City Patroller. Small and quick it can maneuver through city streets well, when it enters into service it will serve as the Police force for the city its in, or auxiliary if there is already a municipal police force. Why Gray? well its modeled after the PA State Police current car, its probably a bad color choice so this may have a version 2 eventually. Capitol Motors offers fairly expensive cars 1000-3000 L$ each. though they sometimes have gifts and giveaways. i was lucky on this car it was a giveaway
