So, a bit of extra lore on my mascot Hyembs!
Her rival or main antagonist? Is a Hydra that is also a Vampire.
She despite the ridicule that she may get from the surrounding villages still claims to be the "Hero" of this story.
Despite being made out of Rainbows, Glitter and Sparkles, but she can still throw hands in a battle. When Hyembs gets mad she is more of a confident and unhinged type of angry. It's probably something that doesn't show up too much, but if she has to thwart some evil plans from her nemesis or one of the competing dragons in her neighborhood... She isn't going to take it sitting down. That Hyembs is also incredibly fast and very strong as she's still got muscle to boot!
Also, we have a Knight in this image who is just kindly getting out of the way as she hasn't even remotely spotted him. Although all that stomping around and kicking up dust will surely just make him drop his weapon, terrified and try and sneak while he still can and allowing her to be the hero of the realm.
Hyembs is by all means, a platformer DRAGON protagonist, because we don't have many of those. Being able to gain speed boosts from a gust of her wings, slam and headbutt foes away, and even have an array of grappling moves. Pretty much built fully off of momentum to where she can go out of control and crash to where she must play a balancing act... That and she also collects treasure and other baubles, because of course, she's a dragon, why would she not?
In terms of "where does this character fit in Skin to Scales", technically, she's more or less just my mascot character, but is most likely in her own fairy tale realm.
Also, I'll be making a folder very specifically for Hyembs related content! Anyways, that's all I gotta say, have a good day everyone!

I want to point out that this is an Epic Dark Fantasy setting with a lot of mythological and religious tones and that there is no real-life connection to any of these events, religions, characters and it is fully, grounded, in fantasy.
