repost of old work from DA

i found the end kinda...lacking. and i kept trying to think to myself what they could have done differently to make the ending feel more complete. the end to MM was very good how the skull kid drew the picture of him and Link of the stump and ten Saria's song plays which you then realize that its the same skull kid you taught the song to on OoT.

so i thought what if Link had the shackle on his arm when in human form, it would make sense since his wolf form has earrings. then at the end of the game he could look at the shacle and smile (maybe shed a tear) and look up at t the setting sun (natural twilight upon them) and smile as he would always have the shackle to remind him of Midna.

now as for the wolves. i expected to find wolves in the game, yes there was the gold one and the snow/wolfose wolves BUT none were actaull wolves. this pic here is like a fanfic piece that would take place after the end of the game, where link has gone on a mission to seek out the rare wolves of the world. since Link was a wolf i think he would have retained an understanding of their world and can communicate with them. i am not saying he can talk to them in words like people can, but more like he still carries the "presence" the "arua" of the Blue Eyed Beast/the Sacred Wolf and when the wild wolves met him they can sense this and faithfully follow him.

the one upfront Link calls Torren (torn ear) he is VERY old and as a deep scar on his leg and Link cannot help but think he was shackled and hurt himself getting free. Red is behind him, he is a hyper young wolf who needs to learn to think before he acts. Colin is the tan wolf under his arm, this wolf is named after the boy in the game as it acts just like him. then there is the she-wolf he named Midna, this wolf's markings look alot like Midna's and when Link first saw the wolf he ran to it thinking it may be Midna and that she found a way to enter the world of light as a wolf, well the wolf saw him and ran-AWAY. he gained the wolfs trust and she joined the pack but as time went by Link's hope that the wolf was Midna faded as there was nothing special about the wolfs personality or intellegence that reminded him of Midna, the wolf is no smarter than any other wolf and its personality is calm and quiet. but who knows, Midna is a clever little snot so maybe the wolf is her...
