The versitile burrito all ready to wrap up this delightful and yummy mixture from the kitchens of
Sahoni
Last recipe I showed you was relatively healthy. Not this one however. It's a quick, easy, one pan( or skillet as the case may be) recipe.
What you'll need.
A ziploc bag
A knife
A cutting board
A skillet
Ingredients:
Red potatoes
Boneless chicken breast
Onion (I didn't have one around, but it would greatly boost the flavor)
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Salsa
Asian salad dressing
Mexican cheese
Tortillas
1. Marinate the chicken breast in Asian salad dressing. For best flavor it over night.
2. Slice the chicken into chunks and oil the pan before grilling it on a medium high heat.
3. While the chicken is cooking cube the red potatoes and dice up half an onion.
4. When the chicken is done, set it on a plate for the time being before adding a bit more oil and adding potatoes and onions.
5. Season the potatoes with garlic powder and black peppers on a high heat. Caramelize the onions and cook the potatoes till golden brown and tender. Stir occasionally.
6. Turn off the heat and re-add the chicken to mix with the potatoes and onions. Place on a tortilla and add Mexican cheese and salsa to the top.
