Yummy yummy, I have to write the recipe before I eat it all and forget! This is how I avoided buying Taco Bell in my big urge for mexican food.

Ingredients:
Avocado
Tortillas
eggs
cheese
sour cream
refried beans
green onion
Salsa (Herndez FTW)
Anything else that would sound good.

Spray a frying pan with PAM or something. Beat eggs and a tiny amount of water together in a dish and pour onto hot pan. While eggs are doing their thing. Heat up a can of beans in the microwave. Go through the fridge and add sour cream, salsa, avocado. Add beans to the tortilla when they're done. When the eggs are mostly done and look like an omelette top with cheese and fold in half. Put cheese omelette in tortilla.

Depending on what tortilla you're using this could be messy eating. A fork is advised! YUM. Hope you enjoy!
