I agree with your 3/5, even if there are some differences and passed some years, i believe Summer Wars or the older Digimon movie make for a better outcome. I hoped Belle was on similar vibes yet with some new thematic but didn't felt as amazed/caught-up as i was for the previous movies with this genre. I have a feeling also it was a different kind of internet world (one i appreciate more than the current status)
