It was things to say to a customer about... 95% of the customers are pretty reasonable. But that one in twenty wack job? Woah boy!
One of my personal favorites was the guy who shot his cell phone with a nail gun. He claimed he should not have to pay for repairs/replacement since "Motorola should have anticipated this kind of impact in a work enviroment." He went so far as to threaten physical violence. The call ended and he called right back in.. I talked to him twice that night from two agents.
I've had other wierd calls, but that guy took the cake. If you work in a call center I'm sure you have your share of wierd folks as well, but the decent folks who just need help kind of balance it all out.

Personally, I prefer the weird and wacky calls to the annoying jerks that refuse to cooperate and demand they get what they want. For example, they want an extension on their phone service, but refuse to tell me when they'll friggin' pay the bill. They act all offended and think they're somehow entitled to have phone service without paying for it.
