LOL Oh! It's a Grilled Cheese with lettuce and tomato usually. Some places also add in bacon. Though I'm a bit more carnivorous myself, and prefer Grilled Cheese and turkey, no veggies on the sandwich. lol

Hmmm got anything that would compliment the flavors of the sandwich you just ate? Maybe a bit of Ice Cream?
Another method would be a big glass of water with a little lemon juice. This is speculation on my part, but I think the juice is to have like, an alum effect on the stomach so it pinches/tightens up in response to the pucker power of the lemon juice. That and the water would help you feel fuller from what I've heard.
