We should all look up at now and then, when we can, and take in a little starlight. If you see a dim star, a distant one, one that no one else in the world may be watching, you can know that a whole star is shining especially for you. If you see a bright star, one with a name, one that may actually just be a planet you've misidentified, you can know that you're watching it together with unknown friends across the world. Either way I think that's very special.
